Conversations, as they are more functional and elegant in nature, elude to an intelligent exchange of information or ideas. However, imagining multiple conversations going on in the same room can register as definite chatter. I tend to paint the entire room. Consider filtering the various levels of background noise as most sustainable conversations entail a degree of focus. All of the linear elements have been selected from existing images of my own work. From there, multiple layers of colors add and subtract positive and negative shapes in an exchange of speed, cadence and volume equivalent to the mood as it evolves. I enjoy allowing for a random and more intuitive design to unfold. Without a beginning or specific end, it is as if the viewer is being introduced to each piece midway through the conversation. It is up to the viewer to decide just how involved they wish to become.
