Artist Statement

My paintings are deeply rooted in my life experiences—moments observed, felt, and lived. When I face the canvas, memories awaken, unfolding as fragments of time imprinted in my mind. Through imagination, they transform into something untethered and new. Memory informs my vision, while observation shapes form, color, and depth.

Each brushstroke is a sentence, each color a mood, and each composition a chapter in my evolving story. Some pieces carry the weight of nostalgia, while others burst with renewal.

Guided by personal experience and merging observation, memory, and imagination, I free my work from literal representation, allowing each piece to evolve into its own truth, unfolding narratives, where the chosen medium becomes an integral part of the story.

I work fluidly across different mediums, including oil, acrylic, and works on paper, allowing each material to shape and evolve my creative process. Influenced by Expressionism, Impressionism, and other artistic movements, my work continues to evolve as I explore new techniques and experiment with varied mediums and subjects.
