Artist Statement
Originally from the Philadelphia region, I am a photographer currently living and working in Los Angeles County. Although I trained in sculpture and painting, I began working as a fine-art photographer over a decade ago. My photographs capture the beautiful and often gritty diversity of American culture as seen through people interacting in an urban environment. Through color and black and white, graphic and literal imagery, I am developing an aesthetic and narrative that is both modern and classic.
